**What We Are Looking For** **- Scope of Role**
This is a newly created position in our Regional Business Unit (RBU) department in Asia Pacific. The core objective of the role is to take our Connected Technology Solutions (CTS) and SureSmile businesses in Asia Pacific to the next level of growth and penetration and drive incremental revenue/profit. Reporting to VP, RBU, the position is responsible for providing a strategic direction, leading the development of strategic growth initiatives, and implementing the marketing excellence standards for CTS and SureSmile businesses in the region.
**What Will You Do** **- Responsibilities for Employment**
+ Partner with Global Business Unit (GBU) and country commercial teams to construct a portfolio to better meet customer needs in high-growth markets
+ Establish replicable and scalable processes for best practice
+ Lead the alignment between GBU and country commercial teams on strategy, new product launch, geographic expansion, product availability, and portfolio optimization
+ Lead the identification, planning, internal alignment, and performance tracking of regional strategic initiatives
+ Communicate and partner closely with country commercial leaders and sales & marketing teams to understand market dynamics, support local commercial needs, and shape regional portfolio and growth strategies
+ Responsible for impactful product launches in APAC and developing launch plan, pricing strategies, promotional plans, training plans, forecasts, and tracking metrics
+ Cascade global strategy to country teams
+ Coordinate regional response to GBU
+ Coach and mentor APAC commercial teams
+ Triage hot topics
**Who You Are** **- Qualifications**
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience, Master of Business Administration degree preferred
**Years and Type of Experience** : 5+ years’ experience in complex commercial program management or team leadership in medical device or pharma

+ Track record in consistently improving knowledge and skill sets through continuous learning
