CTS Central Project Manager (m/f/d)

Role Description:
This position ensures that the AMP-E projects are followed up according to the IMS procedures, are communicated and tested at the customers: customer lines, processing, handling, storage and other risks are identified, listed and disclosed to the organization in a timely manner.
The Central CTS Project Manager will ensure that the AMP-E new products, improvements or modifications are deployed in the customers lines with an uninterrupted and efficient filling process. It creates opportunities for added value services (training, advice, onsite support) and increases customer stickiness and trust (reliability).
Key Responsibilities:
Manages and drives the technical topics (meetings, projects, developments) for KA’s and Regional customers, and liaise with the regions where the projects and developments apply. Main contact for CTS project related topics (internally). Prepares and reports weekly about the main activities, key information and KPI’s progress (including the project CAS). Updates the CIM accordingly. Pulling together technical / project calls with each region or sub region whenever required. Overseeing and update the CIM and IMS on any CTS related customer training, procedures or other relevant documents and keeps the team updated of the changes. Follow-up legal and regulatory requirements from the customers when related to specific projects (information not yet available in the CIM) and feedback to the customer accordingly. Follow-up and report any failure, non-conformity, or dissatisfaction (internal or from the customer) related to the ongoing projects. Participate if needed in OEM meetings to update, align and prepare (anticipate) for the future Ensure the team is correctly using the CRM and updating the customer and our internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Extended Knowledge in Customer Technical Service Several years of work experience Good diplomatic communication skills Experience in Project Management and leading various projects simultaniously Bachelor or Master´s Degree in Mechanical Engineering would be a plus Fluent english Willingness to travelAbout Ardagh Metal Packaging
