Job Description: Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As a Key Account for Specialized Channels , you will play a key role in the development of the commercial and strategic relationship with some of our business partners in the Consumer Business Group (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) division. In this role you will be able to manage and lead the commercial relationship with Key Accounts, ensuring that you create and maintain successful business relationships in the medium and long term. To be an active interlocutor of customer needs with internal teams for the sustained development of both parties as strategic partners, always in compliance with the 3M culture and values. The impact you'll have in this role + Creation and management of promotional plans to maximize Sell Out by aligning the strategy of 3M brands with customer strategies and plans. + Coordination with different areas for the execution of commercial plans (marketing, trade marketing, operations, etc.) + An asset that generates new opportunities in the market to maximize our sales in the channel. + Control and management of customer P&L to maximize profitability. + Generation, control and management of Joint Business Plan and KPIs. The skills and experience we are looking for To prepare your path to success in this position from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who have: + Bachelor's degree completed with a degree of preference in administration, marketing, business or similar. + Commercial experience in consumer companies (Fast Moving Cosumer Goods). + +3 years of experience managing Retail clients. + Intermediate-advanced English skills. + Negotiation and information analysis skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office. + Results-oriented, play to win, integrity, collaboration and autonomy are part of the profile required in this role. + Availability to travel.
