Job DescriptionAs a valuable member of the VOLFB team, you provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Management team.
Serve as a liaison with Chefs, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure the flow of kitchen-related purchases and transfers is updated in real time.Work with the Catering Chef and Catering Managers to create a seamless flow of information including BEOs, purchase orders, and requisitions are communicated properly.Work in Inventory management program to update all movement of product daily from profit center to profit center for all Restaurants and Quick Service.Assist the chef team with month-end duties including inventory and month-end reconciliation.Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.Perform other duties as the need arises.QualificationsNote: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.
