The property has four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area. We are looking for a **Culinary Assistant/Server** to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community in River Falls, WI. + 16 hours per two week pay period + Early evening shift + Every other weekend + New Early Wage Access! **Responsibilities:** **Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting:** + Follows meal serving schedule and procedures. + Offers resident meal choices and meets resident’s specific dietary needs. + Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques. + Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures. + Follow proper procedures for dining room set-up. + Follows proper work flow to stay on task. + Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service. + Ensures all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift. **Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction:** + Welcomes residents and initiates conversation. + Accommodates resident requests such as requests for food substitution, change in seating, etc. + Listens to any complaints and responds appropriately.
