As the Culinary Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of culinary operations while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. With your expertise in culinary arts, you will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our culinary team. As a Culinary Coordinator, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nAssist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and production scheduling.\nCoordinate with culinary staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes.\nMonitor food quality and adherence to culinary standards.\nConduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.\nEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.\nAssist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.\nMonitor food costs and waste to optimize efficiency and profitability.\nPrepare reports and documentation for management review.\nOversee proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.\nMonitor kitchen hygiene and cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards.\nProvide guidance on safety procedures and emergency preparedness.\n\n
