We are seeking a career- minded cooks, who have an engaging personality, the ability to work well on a team, ability to remain level- headed and even tempered in busy situations, ability to be creative and someone who is trustworthy and organized. This individual will be working in Swizzle; our dinner, club- inspired restaurant.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include cooking to order, frying, sautéing and broiling a variety of food items from the menu. Must be able to work hot food line, broiler, fry station and salad station.Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent. 3-5 years cooking experience in a table service dining environment. Must have working knowledge established sanitation standards. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must have the ability to perform duties in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment.
