They should be able to work all stations on the line, and help uphold quality and consistency expectations put in place by the Chef team. **Responsibilities** : + Assist chef team in overseeing AM operations, including brunch and lunch services. + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills. + Be able to work all stations on the line and assist cook team with prep and service. + Have a basic understanding of controlling food cost and labor cost. + Assist chef team with AM inventories. + Create and follow prep lists accurately. + Assist in ordering and receiving. + Ensure cook team is making recipes and dishes according to chef’s specs. + Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills. + Have solid communication and interpersonal communication skills.
