Job Title: Culinary Support Location Name: South Towns Rate of Pay: $21-23 / per Hour Employment Type: Full Time Job Overview: Culinary Support is responsible for providing culinary support to unit managers, traveling to unit locations as needed, and conducting operational, food, and safety compliance audits. Additionally, the Culinary Support assists with Company catering events to ensure their success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: + Provide culinary support to unit managers. + Assist in the planning and execution of catering events to ensure their success. + Maintain high standards of food quality and safety across all locations. + Collaborate with unit managers to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency. Culinary and Catering Events Support: + Provide fill-in support at unit locations as needed. + Support or lead catering events, offering expertise and assistance. + Ensure coordination between unit operations and catering events to maintain culinary standards. Requirements Education and/or Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: + Minimum of five years of culinary experience, three of which should be in a supervisory role. + Culinary Degree or bachelor's degree in food service management or related field preferred; alternatively, at least five years of experience in a relevant role. + Basic math skills for production and recipe adjustments. + Ability to work at a moderate to fast pace. + Background check required Salary Description 21.00-23.00 per hour
