About being our Cultural Resources Senior Project Manager \n
We are looking for a talented Cultural Resources Senior Project Manager to support our projects in the Pacific Northwest, assist our growing CR practice in California, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cultural resource management and have a proven track record of leading complex projects in the Pacific Northwest. This role involves overseeing all aspects of cultural resource projects, ensuring compliance with relevant state and Federal regulations, and building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.\n
Responsibility Highlights for our Cultural Resources Senior Project Manager\n\nLead and manage large-scale environmental proposals and projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.\nProvide cultural resource support for Psomas projects, including involvement in proposals, interviews, scoping\/budgeting and project execution. \nPerform cultural resources monitoring, surveys, testing and data recovery, and recordation of archaeological and historic architectural resources, and prepare environmental permit applications and supporting documentation.\nProvide mentorship and training both informally and formally to junior staff and peers.\nAct as Senior Reviewer, and QA\/QC Manager successfully delegating workload to other staff \nActively participate in strategic planning, marketing and business development to seek out and win new business and clients.\nPrepare key elements of technical documents (knowledge of NEPA and CEQA a plus), serve as the client contact for large, complex projects, and review, revise, and approve invoices and oversee related project admin functions.\n\n
Minimum Qualifications to be our Cultural Resources Senior Project Manager\n\nMaster's Degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, Paleontology, Geology, or related field \n15+ years' experience in providing technical analysis services \nMust have the ability to conduct field work for extended periods of time \nPhysically fit to navigate rugged conditions on foot while carrying supplies\/equipment \n4x4 driving experience required in remote, rugged and undeveloped terrain in company provided truck \nMust be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record within the last 5 years \nWill be required to submit a completed Motor Vehicle Record release form to confirm driving record\n\n
