Culture and Capability Specialist
**Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future** The **Culture and Capability Specialist** will lead the planning, execution, measurement and sustainment of strategic initiatives that support the achievement of our Corporate and HR strategy. They will work collaboratively with leadership, HR, and employees to ensure processes, policies and programs elevate our culture, accelerate a high performing environment, and align with the company’s vision, values, mission, and business goals. This position is based on site at our Houston, TX HQ office. **Responsibilities May Include** + Develop and drive the planning and execution of strategies and initiatives aimed at embedding organizational values, promoting inclusive behaviors, and fostering a culture of belonging. + Support the facilitation of ongoing design sessions with subject matter experts, business leaders, and stakeholders to execute cultural and strategic goals. + Develop data-informed projections and actionable implementation plans leveraging research and industry best practices. + Collaborate with Corporate Communications teams to craft and execute internal communication campaigns that highlight cultural initiatives, programmatic changes, success stories, and milestones. + Partner with Learning and Development and Talent Management to provide tools, training, and resources that enable leaders and employees to model and reinforce desired cultural attributes. + Coordinate and deliver projects and initiatives effectively and on schedule by partnering with internal teams and external vendors. + Oversee and deliver culture-focused events, activities, and celebrations to enhance organizational awareness and advocacy. + Analyze employee feedback and results and recommend targeted action plans to enhance workplace culture. + Develop and maintain a measurement framework using leading and lagging indicators to evaluate the impact of cultural and inclusion efforts. **Required Qualifications** + Legally authorized to work in the job posting country + Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications or relevant degree + 5 or more years working experience developing and executing projects, initiatives and/or campaigns **Preferred Qualifications** + Strategic Thinking: Apply business acumen to identify new opportunities and challenge existing business models with innovative strategies. + Communication Excellence: Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills to provide clear updates, foster alignment across stakeholders, and ensure project progress. + Project Management Expertise: Exhibit excellent project management and organizational abilities to oversee multiple initiatives efficiently. + Interpersonal Effectiveness: Possess strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse audiences. + Problem-Solving: Employ a proactive, hands-on approach to identify challenges and deliver effective, practical solutions. + Analytical Acumen: Possess a data-driven mindset to interpret complex information and generate actionable insights. + Creative and Analytical Balance: Combine creativity with analytical thinking to effectively drive cultural initiatives. + Self-Motivation: Display self-direction, effectively prioritize competing tasks, and execute plans with urgency and reliability. + Adaptability: Maintain composure and pivot seamlessly in response to shifting priorities and dynamic environments. + Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced expertise in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and interpret data from various systems. **Total Rewards** At Phillips 66, providing access to high quality programs and care for you and your family is important to us.
