As a Culture & DEI Ford Champ you will Develop and execute engaging internal communication campaigns that promote our culture and DEI initiatives
What you´ll do:
· Create a variety of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, podcasts, and invitations, as well as manage the area’s newsletter.
· Oversee video and audio editing tasks using platforms such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Pro Tools.
What you´ll need:
· Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Communications or a similar field, with an interest in developing as a Communications Trainee in the Culture & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team (HR).
· 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
· Strong analytical and communication skills
· Strong creative skills
· Proven accountability and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficient in using creative software such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve.
