Culture & Engagement Associate ManagerThe Culture & Engagement Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the execution of Niagara’s organizational Culture Programs and Team Member lifecycle surveys. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Culture & Engagement, this role collaborates with Human Resources and the business to drive continuous improvement and effective end-to-end project management. The Culture & Engagement Associate Manager is also responsible for leading a matrixed team of Culture & Engagement Associates and Specialists in their day-to-day activities and projects.
Essential Functions
Manage Culture Programs and Initiatives
Manage all Culture Program offerings (e.g. LIFE Experience, Inclusion Programs, on-site Heritage/Identity, etc.) in line with the Culture Program Strategy and Niagara core values, including:Oversee the planning and execution of each program, ensuring accountability to program timelines for key deliverables, and critical support staffing for each initiative including tactical day-of support.Review and provide input on key Team Member facing program marketing and communications content, and partner as needed with Marketing and HR Communications for large scale organizational communication.Ensure that all programs are consistently measured for overall attendance, participation, Team Member satisfaction, Team Member utilization, and other necessary metrics.Review and maintain Culture & Engagement organizational intranet page content, including all planning and delegation of design and technical aspects of page support, maintaining critical page updates on a quarterly basis.Collaborate with Learning and Facilitation teams to ensure ongoing program optimization and learning design.Collaborate with Talent Development leaders to embed core Culture concepts in pipeline programs, new plant start-up offerings, and other learning opportunities in alignment with Niagara core values.Facilitate culture program offerings, including facilitator training, kick-off and informational calls with leaders, program attendees, and others, as needed as a Culture SME.Manage Team Member Experience & Engagement
Manage the planning and execution of the organization wide Team Member lifecycle listening and survey processes, including:Maintain critical records for contract renewal, as well as annual project plan development, plan execution, and skill support for Human Resources partners.Lead the data gathering and insight use processes in support of Human Resources partner-led action- planning, including planning and facilitating training, leveraging external tools, and encouraging best practices.Manage process planning, survey development and execution aspects of ongoing listening leveraging Workday Peakon tool, including data review and insight recommendations.Maintain exit survey vendor contract renewal documents, ad hoc reporting, and coordination for data review, as needed/requested by the business. Partner with the Sr. Manager of Culture & Engagement to manage the day-to-day matrixed operations of the Culture & Engagement team, serving as a first point of contact for Associate and Specialists, providing direction and support as needed pertaining to key Culture & Engagement initiatives.Partner with the Sr. Manager of Culture & Engagement to maintain critical department data related to Culture Program and Team Member listening expenditures.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
