**DESCRIPTION**
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function, or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.
+ Provide subscription support for INSITE, Fleet Cal, Zap IT, and Service Plus platforms.
+ Assist North American customers via calls and emails in resolving subscription-related queries.
+ Handle global customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
+ Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
+ Troubleshoot basic subscription issues and escalate as needed.
+ Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality standards.
+ Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and address routine information requests.
+ Gather, compile, and verify information, entering it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms, and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
+ Assist with data collection, data entry, and report generation on various departmental activities.
+ Prepare documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers, and other third parties as applicable; submit documentation and enter requests for payments into the accounting system.
+ Respond to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
+ Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
+ Participate as a team member on departmental business improvement assignments and projects as needed.
+ Perform other routine administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills and Experience:**
+ Experience in handling global customers via phone and email.
+ Willingness to work in rotational shifts (5 PM or 8 PM IST).
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple customer queries effectively.
+ Prior experience in calling support or a similar role is a plus.
