**PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Curative Specialist in Houston, TX.** Job Title: **Curative Specialist I** Job Type: **Full time; Contract** _(12 months)_ Location: **Houston, TX hybrid** Schedule: **Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5:00 PM** Pay Rate: **$20.71-$22.86/ per hour** Mainly Remote - onsite occasionally **Job Description:** Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following; vesting issues, judgments, liens subordination agreements, releases and title issues. Executes title curative actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process. Maintain a high level of customer service through proactive communication with customers and business partners. High volume, fast paced environment. All candidates must have the following: lien clearing and title resolution experience, Curative title experience with previous Title company, must be able to multitask and able to work quickly and independently. Candidate should possess the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and manage priorities of the business effectively. Mandatory Skills: + Strong knowledge of Texas title abstracts, examination and title commitments + Excellent professional written and verbal communication skill + Lien clearing and title resolution experience + Curative experience with a Title Company + Knowledge of title and mortgage documents + Previous mortgage/title industry experience **Pay Details:** $20.71 to $22.86 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
