Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
In the case of Connectivity team: Support the tutor in managing the entire process of medical system remote connection; learn how to provide technical remote support to internal and external customers; find all the useful information to customer on connectivity opportunities and services; support the tutor in providing system analysis, help in managing and developing IT tools within service delivery; ensure IT solution in compliance to GEHC standards; support the tutor in performing code migration of mainframe software changes to internal systems and externally to client site; provide tool deliveries and upgrades, document and track code errors to ensure fixed before customer delivery.In the case of Repair Center team: Support the tutor in equipment’s refurbishment; check of out of order, pre-owned, loan, demonstration, or returned by customers’ equipment; follow up and traceability of repair and intervention files; establishment of Intervention reports; follow and apply to EHS rules and procedures existing within GEHC; complete all planned Quality &Compliance training within the defined deadlines; identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredRequired Qualifications:
