The Curriculum Developer will be an integral part of the Fusion Field Service Product Management team, responsible for enabling, educating and training the field on the FFS solution, primarily via online/on-demand means.  Though some operational and business knowledge of Fusion Applications and/or field service in general is preferable, the Curriculum Developer must absolutely demonstrate exceptional English writing skills along with the aptitude and strong desire to learn new technologies.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading position on the team that drives the creation and delivery of educational content for the Fusion Field Service solution, assisting the field to be able to sell, deliver and support Oracle’s products. You will be responsible for producing training content, working closely with various teams (i.e. Development, Outbound Product Marketing, Oracle University) to gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of both current functionality and future roadmap items.

Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communications skills Have an acute attention to detail Aptitude and desire to quickly immerse in and learn new SaaS technologies Experience building technical training curriculum for both online and in-person usage Experience using e-learning development/editing and video production tools is a plus (i.e. Captivate, Claro, Photoshop, Audacity, Screenflow, etc.) Have a passion for education and teaching, unwilling to settle for anything less than the highest quality of content produced Consistently strive to improve upon the value and quality of current and assigned projects Ability to act independently with personal leadership on owned projects; proactively interact and coordinate with other teams when assistance is needed At least 2+ years in-depth knowledge of Fusion Field Service or other mobile workforce management technologies
