Curriculum Manager
Description We are seeking a learning leader to join the HR team as we transform our Data & Analytics capabilities and make Citizens a coveted destination for D&A talent. To meet rapid changes in customer needs and advances in technology, we have embarked on an enterprise-wide transformation to ensure Citizens Data & Analytics capabilities are well positioned to drive business and customer value - with talent upskilling and development at the heart of this transformation effort. Description The Curriculum Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the learning strategy for the Data & Analytics community enterprise wide. This entails conducting organizational assessments to identify critical skills needs, creating innovative and cutting-edge learning solutions that build critical capabilities, and establishing methods for measuring learning effectiveness. The role is responsible for providing learning thought leadership and will work closely with D&A leaders, other Learning professionals, and colleagues to ensure learning solutions are benchmarked to other organizations and keeping pace with capability needs of Data & Analytics professionals. The role will also own the mission and objectives of the Data & Analytics Academy, annual roadmap development, sponsor and stakeholder engagement, and budget responsibility. Primary responsibilities include: + Develop and implement a learning strategy that aligns with Data & Analytics Transformation objective to create cutting-edge D&A enterprise capabilities. + Maintain highly collaborative relationships with business and enterprise D&A leaders to ensure learning practices keep pace with strategic priorities. + Develop and curate a full range of blended learning solutions with an emphasis on self-guided and experiential learning, communities of practice, and leader-led forums. + Continually evaluate effectiveness of D&A Academy content and orchestrate other experiential and specialized learning for the community. + Experiment with proven and new learning methods to create a strong learning culture within D&A community. + Establish measurement methodologies to gauge effectiveness and ROI of learning investments. Qualifications + Requires 10+ years of learning experience with demonstrated ability to build learning strategy that delivers tangible skill gains and outcomes aligned with enterprise-wide transformation. + Breadth of understanding and integration of change strategies and human performance tactics within the overall learning strategy + Ability to operate within a highly matrixed environment and take a broad-based systems approach to learning ensuring integration across all aspect of the colleague experience. + Demonstrated affinity for colleague learning and driving a learning culture with a strong understanding of adult learning theories and practical applications across the full learning lifecycle. + Strong communicator and collaborator with ability to establish partnership and influence others. + Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred. Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00 + COLLEAGUE MUST BE LOCATED ON EAST COAST Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $93,280-$139,920 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
