Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityKEY INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Monitor and handle P2 customer contracts for ISLC TeamBe the customer contact and representative for Customer Support ( CS ) related matters within the ISLC teamInterface with internal customers when necessary for problem solving and/or questions related to the P2 contract dataincoming orders for spare parts and pending backlogResponsible for handling incoming rush orders, from receiving in special mailbox, to warehouse communication, until final arrival at the external customer, including updating all systems and necessary communicationAct on all order issues till resolvedTrain, coach and provide operational support on CS related matters to other team membersTake the lead in improving CS related processes and performanceMonitor and act on ISLC mailbox communicationEnsure timely update of Material master data in SAPTracking of Data related to changes in P2 customer contracts & Material master dataResponsible for providing regular overview and progress reports to team lead to monitor performanceResponsible for up to date work process and procedure documentation for CSResponsible for providing results out of assigned additional ad-hoc tasks and quality checksParticipate in team meetings and improvement projects, reporting results to team leadParticipate in all trainings that are related with the day2day operationsFollow safety rules & regulationsContribute to continuous performance excellenceBack up team members as required per team plan and agreement

Job Specifications: General 

 High level of coordination experience and working\n within complex environments is\n preferred, with excellent communications skills and the ability to work within a\n Global team.

Education / Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline Microsoft Office – IntermediateSAP working experience essential

Minimum Four years of Experience in a similar role
