Cust Exp Specialist with French

As a Customer Experience Intern with French at Honeywell, in Katowice,\nPoland, you will be responsible for Order to Cash process, ensure performance\nstandards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a\nhigh customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries\nacross Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on\nday-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements

Handle\n entry level customer related issues and concernsRecord\n all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)\n DatabaseProcess\n standard orders & Maintain order accuracyProcess\n changes and enhancements to ordersMaintain\n complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders,\n credits, and requests

Key skills and qualifications

New\n grad or currently being enrolled as a studentBusiness\n fluent in written and spoken English + French (min. B2)Previous\n work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international\n context, is a valuable advantageFamiliarity\n with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skillKnowledge\n of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
