Primary Duties
+ Customer Communication: Confers with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide accurate information about products and services, and handle order processing efficiently in both English and Canadian French.
+ Order Management: Assist in managing order reports, including entering, modifying, or canceling orders, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
+ Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or comments with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and escalating to management when necessary.
+ Billing and Estimates: Accurately determine product charges and provide cost estimates in both languages as required by customers.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to guarantee seamless and positive customer experiences.
+ Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions, ensuring all data is entered correctly in customer service software systems.

Education / Experience
+ Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred, particularly in an inside sales or customer support environment.
+ Software Experience: Proficiency with customer service software systems, data entry, and CRM tools.
+ Location: Candidate must be based in Edmonton
