Responsibilities We are looking for an entry-level supervisor for our Custodial team! This role is responsible for supervising all aspects of custodial to ensure quality standards are achieved. This includes staff supervision and cleaning assignments. Your tasks include, but are not limited to: Hiring, training, coaching, counseling and terminating employees, if necessary. Ensures proper training is executed including completion of training plans and all compulsory safety or equipment training is conducted in expected timeframes. Organizes and assign flow of work for shift staff to ensure timely completion of all projects. Establishes and maintains project flow chart for all operational repairs and preventative maintenance programs to ensure property is maintained to established standards in a proactive vs. reactive manner. Creates and manages cleaning checklists to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in expected time Qualifications Must have prior knowledge of position/industry, 2+ years preferred. High School diploma or equivalent.
