This recruitment is for A Custodial Worker 1 position, located in the State Public Works Division, Buildings & Grounds Section, located in Carson City. This position works under general supervision, in addition to performing a range of duties described in the series concept, repair and service custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaners; may remove snow from walkways, driveways or parking lots; and report security deficiencies. Incumbent may be designated as lead person for the purpose of work assignments; and keep an inventory of equipment and supplies needed. Maintain required inventory logs and supplies used, complete required forms. Special Requirements A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for these items.
