Summary The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force. This position is located at McVeigh Sports and Fitness Center. Responsibilities Cleans up rooms, halls, flights of stairs, and different territories. Along with mop and vacuum. Uses and maintains mechanical equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc. Cleans disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities, dusts assigned areas, and empties trash. Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt. Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications 1. Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade and to keep the assigned work area neat and clean. 2. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. NOTE: Experience must be reflected on the resume submitted at the time of application. FWS Allowances and Differentials This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position. All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid. A bonus up to the amount of $1,000 is authorized. Regular Part-Time or Full-Time positions are eligible for a $1,000 cash incentive that will be paid out after six (6) months of employment with an average of 20 hours worked per week. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
