Job Description

To ensure the availability of a fully functional Automated Teller Machine (ATM)/Automated Note Acceptor (ANA) service to clients including the custody and balancing of ATM/ANA cash, processing of ATM/ANA deposits and handling of ATM/ANA computer reports. To understand and manage the risks associated with the custody of ATM's/ANA's through an effective system of controls. To maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards and provide high quality supply of bank notes via ATM's.

QualificationsA Diploma in Banking and Finance (NQF6)A Driver’s License is non-negotiable

Additional Information

Experience: 

1-2 years: Branch banking experience, with exposure to telling.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitors and order ATM cash to ensure holdings are sufficient to meet business needs and remain within prescribed limits.Ensure maximum up time and report technical problems to ATM control immediately and follow up in need to ensure action is taken.Ensures that ATM’s machines are kept clean both externally and internally at all times.Attends to related telephone calls and customer queries regarding ATM transaction.Balances the cash in ATM / BNA on a bi-weekly basis.
