+ Job Title: Housekeeper + FLSA Status: Part time $16 per hour + Department: Operations + Reports to: General Manager and/or Housekeeping Coordinator + Position Summary: + This position provides high quality cleaning services for all areas of the facility as well as set-up of rooms for events. + + Qualifications: + Morning and weekends hours only + Ability to listen and follow instructions + Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. + Ability to work and get along with fellow employees + Sufficient training, experience, and competence in the janitorial field Responsibilities: + Sweep, Scrub, mop and wax floors + Vacuum and clean rugs and carpets + Clean, dust and polish furniture and woodwork + Empty and clean waste receptacles and ashtrays + Clean walls, ceilings, restrooms, window shades and light fixtures + Operate machinery such as buffers, vacuums and shampoo machines + Set-up event rooms according to Banquet Event Order diagrams. + Assist in moving furniture + Maintain good attendance and promptness + Follow safety procedures + Report evidence of vandalism or damage + Be always personable and courteous to the public + Preform any other duties assigned by supervisors
