This position is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the building and property both inside and outside and other general maintenance duties. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday dayshift. + Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe, sanitize, and dust restrooms, lunch rooms, offices and production areas + Remove trash from office and production areas + Perform general building and facility repairs + Assist in the grounds upkeep to include snow removal and lawn care + Use industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors + Stock restrooms and cafeteria with supplies + Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and replenish as needed + Wash accessible interior and exterior doors and windows + Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines + Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities Qualifications/Experience: + Proven experience as a custodian or similar role + Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies + Knowledge of the safe and proper environmental disposal of chemicals used + Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices + Attention to detail and conscientiousness + Ability to work independently or as a team member + Ability to maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees Dorman Products is an equal opportunity employer; we value a combination of ideas, perspectives, and cultures at our company.
