Job Description:

Kokosing Construction Company is searching for experienced candidates for the part-time position of custodian for the Fredericktown Ohio shop and office locations.

Looking for applicants that have 2-3 years of experience in an industrial setting cleaning office and shop locations.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Clean and disinfect restrooms and kitchensClean interior glass and metal doorsSweep and mop all concrete floor areasSweep carpetsClean computer monitorsEmpty trash cansOrder supplies to perform dutiesCommunicate with facility staff relating to facility maintenance itemsPerform other duties as required

Required qualifications

Ability to work after 5pm each dayGood driving record and have transportation between buildingsAble to lift heavy trash bags from shop areas to waste disposal containersAttention to details and focus12-25 hours per week
