Overview Responsibilities include performing routine cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of the facility, maintaining supplies, and inspecting building for needed repairs. Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIREMENT High school diploma or general education degree (GED). EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT An additional six months experience is required. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTION ONLY: Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA); or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report; or listed on the GSA's List of Excluded Providers; or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE). PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock.
