Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a leading federal contractor, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across campus buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience with routine cleaning tasks and be committed to providing a safe and professional environment for staff and visitors. This position is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, remove trash (indoor/outdoor), and sanitize water fountains and sinks.Vacuum offices, hallways, and common areas weekly.Clean windows, surfaces, and chair upholstery monthly.Shampoo carpets and deep-clean exercise mats and floors semi-annually.Respond to urgent clean-ups, such as spills or restroom overflows.Use proper cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.

Position Qualifications:

Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred.Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Must follow safety protocols and cleaning schedules.Must be able to obtain successfully obtain and maintain DOE base access (“BAO” access authorization”)

Work Environment:
 

This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and bending throughout the shift. 

Cleaning will be conducted during regular business days only.  During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
