Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, vision, dental and supplemental insurance, as well as Vacation, Sick, and Holiday pay. Weekends Required. The schedule is Thursday-Monday, 7:00am-4:00pm.

Daily Duties:

\n\nLight Maintenance duties (i.e., painting, replacing bulbs, etc.)\nCustodial duties (i.e., cleaning, mopping, etc.)\nReporting of progress for projects and updates to manager(s)\n\n Requirements

Responsibilities:

\n\nMust be a self-starter\nMust be an independent worker\nWeekends required\nMust passbackground check and drug screen\n\n

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.
