Custom Sales Specialist
Overview

The Custom Sales Specialist will aid in the implementation and execution of Crocs customization footwear & Jibbitz program with a focus on team and corporate sales. This includes directly collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process of Customization orders. The primary responsibility will be to build new business through direct outreach across multiple channels including direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and pre-order platforms (Crocs Storefronts).

What You'll Do Identify new opportunities by responding to inbound leads, generating new business through targeted outreach and the calendar provided by Custom Sales Manager. Generate Revenue and meet sales targets. Provide consultative customer service to customers. Efficiently communicate the crocs customization process to customers to build designs and navigate the ordering process. Assist in the selling and crafting of Crocs Storefronts. Ensure order and design accuracy. Finding opportunities with sports teams and universities Strong outreach to build awareness. Execution of seeding programs. Develop understanding of licensing and logo usage. Provide clear timelines and action items for ordering, order management, and direct customer communication. Work cross functionally with internal teams such as Finance, Accounting, Master Data Management, & Legal. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 3+ years of sales experience or relevant work experience. Excellent influencing and communication skills to build and sustain relationships with sports teams, universities, and corporations Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple customers/orders in a defined process. Strong communication skills and ability to answer customer inquiries quickly. Ability to build and foster working relationships with cross functional teams and various partners internal and external to crocs. Ability to identify new opportunities and bring them to market. Strong emphasis on efficient processes and a forward-thinking approach. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers. Periodic travel to educational conferences or customers (0-10%) Knowledge of and experience working in CRM systems Knowledge of custom and made-to-order product life cycles preferred. Strong sales management and presentation skills. Understand product margins. Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.

Title: Custom Sales Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
