Job Summary
The Custom Studio Coordinator provides support to the Custom Studio team with an emphasis on resource coordination, order processing and order management for digital print projects. The Custom Studio Coordinator reports to Design Manager, Custom Studio.
Essential Functions
With Custom Studio team, supports all order-related functions of custom projects, with an emphasis on digital print orders.Communicates frequently with resources to coordinate proper execution of custom orders.Assists with pricing and quotes, interacting often with SalesAssists with preparation, shipments and receiving of custom samples.Responsible for weekly updates to our resources, to ensure deliveries of custom orders are on schedule. Notifies the sales offices of any delays/problems with the order.Responsible for processing invoices from resource and generating the invoices for custom orders.Magnitude and Relationship Reporting
Reports to Design Manager, Custom Studio
Contacts Inside and Outside the Organization
Interacts regularly with Sales, Resource Management, Product Management, Design and Quality Assurance
Knowledge and Skills
Detail oriented and organized with excellent follow up skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Basic textile knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently on given tasks
Education and Experience
1-2 years of industry or customer service experience
1-2 years of Marketing, Business or Design field education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
