Job description :

Our client is a leading telecommunications and media company in Canada. They are looking for their new Customer Account Coordinator who will be involved in relations with small and medium-sized businesses.

Your role:

Develop detailed sales strategies to achieve financial objectives. Identify new sales opportunities through networking and other methods. Drive growth and retention of telecom services within a defined area. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient sales administration. Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing the entire sales cycle.

Position type : Executive - permanent contract

Salary: 80-82k base + + 55% of bonus salary depending on solutions sold.

Working hours : Monday to Friday (Hybrid, 3d/week in the office)

Skills and qualifications :

Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B account coordination or sales role. Valid driver's license for customer travel. Bilingualism required: frequent interaction with English and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Sales experience in the telecommunications sector an advantage. Skills in consultative and solution-oriented sales techniques.
