Rachel Miller is partnering with a manufacturing company! We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Coordinator in BALLSTON SPA, New York. In this role, you will be collaborating with multiple teams to improve customer-centric processes and manage sales order workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to enhance order processing workflows and drive customer-focused improvements.
• Assist sales team in managing and organizing price lists, including facilitating annual price increases and ongoing pricing adjustments.
• Oversee the sales order process, ensuring precision, efficiency, and timely delivery while proactively addressing potential raw material or quality concerns.
• Handle new customer onboarding, ensuring that all necessary agreements and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and the first point of contact for their needs.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys and interactions, sharing insights with relevant teams to address customer needs and drive product improvements.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, documenting incidents through the quality system, and collaborating with the quality team to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Lead customer outreach initiatives, including the planning and distribution of customer appreciation items.
• Coordinate shipping methods with customers and freight forwarders, securing cost-effective quotes and ensuring timely transportation.
• Manage international shipping processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international trade laws.
• Create and maintain internal forms, process instructions, and training materials.
• Perform various administrative tasks including maintaining filing systems, processing incoming checks, managing credit card transactions, and invoicing customer consignment.
• Assist in maintaining ISO compliance by supporting the audit process and ensuring adherence to standards across operational processes
Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP solutions
• Understanding of budget processes and buying processes
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to handle invoice processing effectively
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software
