This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role, with the option of hybrid working after a probationary period.

The Role:Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure maximum spend and exceptional serviceMaintain and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction & enhance rapport.Process orders, amend contracts, and update customer details accuratelyConduct market research and identify new business opportunities by analysing competitor dataPropose actions to enhance sales performance and uncover opportunities for growth
What they're looking for:Previous experience in a customer service or account management role is highly desirable.Excellent customer awareness and relationship-building skills.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling and analysing data.
