Customer Account Representative
You understand the agriculture industry and represent the company by building and maintaining strong relationships. Bridging the gap to connect farmers and customers helps keep Viterra front and center on the global agriculture stage. From commodity marketing to relationship building to contract management, your goal is the effective and efficient procurement of grain commodities.
What you’ll do
Negotiate and coordinate grain contracts for a defined client baseDevelop and maintain effective business partnerships with current and potential customersExecute grain marketing programs to meet budgeted grain volumes and marginsProvide grain marketing strategy education to farmersAnalyze current and future agricultural trends and service needsWhat you bring to our team
Enthusiasm for interacting and building collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customersSelf-motivated team player with excellent organizational and customer service skillsThe capability to work on a variety of activities and tasks and be motivated by targets and achieving goalsPost-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalentCurrent digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environmentWhat we offer
