As a Customer Account Specialist (CAR) at Chryso, you’ll play a key role in supporting our evolving business. You'll be joining us at an exciting time of transformation—where your ideas, flexibility, and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to our success.
Hybrid Schedule: A work schedule of 9a - 6p CST to support our West Coast with M/F Remote; T/W/TH In Office
What You’ll Do:
Be the Backbone of Order Management – Process and execute customer orders, ensuring accuracy in SAP and other systems while providing timely confirmations and communication. Build Strong Relationships – Act as a trusted partner to customers, sales teams, vendors, and logistics providers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Drive Efficiency – Manage order changes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate challenges proactively to ensure customer satisfaction within Service Level Agreements (SLA). Customer Champion – Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional, problem-solving mindset, communicating shipment expectations and urgent requests effectively. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with teams across operations, logistics, and sales to drive seamless execution of customer orders.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience & Knowledge
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced industry. 2+ years working with SAP or QAD (or similar systems). Experience in order management & logistics (preferred).Skills That Set You Apart:
Strong attention to detail – accuracy is your superpower! Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a dynamic environment. Problem-solving mindset – you love finding solutions for customers and improving processes. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). Confidence in handling customer interactions over the phone and via email. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with basic Excel knowledge. Experience with Salesforce (a plus!).Who You Are:
