This role works as a technical expert owning both chemicals and equipment expertise for PCB circuit metallization, works with R&D, Product line management, and commercial team in new product commercialization, application development, and critical trouble-shooting providing to customers.   

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

Interact with PCB fabricators frequently to understand customers’ needs, defend existing business, and explore new opportunities.

Collaborate with internal functional groups to accelerate new product development and commercialization by contributing field knowledge.

Leverage efficient expertise to expand DuPont products to different processes and equipment allocation.

Work closely with commercial team and provide technical services including new product promotion, installation, and critical troubleshooting to meet customer needs by equipping with technology professionals.

Bring tech-marketing insights into the organization.

Requirements:

MS degree or above in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or equivalent.

7+ years experience in PCB industry.

5+ years experience with horizontal electroless Cu.

Strong data analytical and DOE capabilities. Comfortable and experienced with using data analytics to drive decisions. Familiar with analytical software (e.g. JMP, Minitab, MS Excel).

A strong self-motivator with good working discipline, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential.

Strong logical thinking and business acumen.

Fluent in written English. Listening & speaking capability is an advantage.

Willing to travel.
