Job Description The Customer Acquisition & Digital Growth Lead is responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing digital growth channels, and scaling omnichannel engagement strategies to accelerate business expansion. This role plays a critical part in optimizing digital and physical acquisition funnels, leveraging data driven insights, and developing high impact marketinginitiatives that maximize conversions, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mandate: The Customer Acquisition & Digital Growth Lead is responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing digital growth channels, and scaling omnichannel engagement strategies to accelerate business expansion. This role plays a critical part in optimizing digital and physical acquisition funnels, leveraging data driven insights, and developing high impact marketing
initiatives that maximize conversions, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
1. Strategic Quality Acquisition Planning
-Develop and execute Omni channel acquisition strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital, retail, and partner channels.
-Lead targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights and segmentation models to optimize customer acquisition efficiency.
-Integrate performance marketing, paid media, and organic acquisition efforts into a unified acquisition roadmap.
-Ensure that acquisition campaigns are aligned with business goals, optimizing cost per acquisition (CPA) and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
-Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive data-backed, customer-centric acquisition strategies that supportrevenue growth.
2. Digital & Physical Channel Growth
-Optimize the digital acquisition funnel, leveraging UX improvements, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and AI-driven insightsto enhance online customer conversions.
-Work closely with retail and offline teams to synchronize acquisition efforts, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
-Develop and manage third-party acquisition partnerships (e.g., e-commerce platforms, fintechpartners, digital wallets) to expand digital reach and conversion opportunities.
-Advocate for brand consistency across digital and physical acquisition channels, ensuring high-quality execution and a seamlesscustomer journey.
-Align acquisition efforts with market trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving customer behaviors to maintain relevanceand strategic positioning.
-Drive increasingadoption of and meaningful engagements in the various digital channels of the brand
3. Performance Analytics & Optimization
-Monitor, analyze, and optimize conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI) across all acquisition channels.
-Conduct A/B testing, CRO experiments, and data-driven optimizations to enhance growth marketing strategies and acquisition performance.
-Develop and maintain real-time analytics dashboards to track customer acquisition trends, engagement levels, and conversion performance.
-Leverage predictive analytics and AI-powered insights to refine targeting strategies and maximize acquisition efficiency.
-Ensure all acquisition initiatives are scalable, backed by data insights, and continuously optimized for performance improvements.
4. Leadership & Team Enablement
-Build, mentor, and lead the Customer Acquisition & Digital Growth team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
-Foster a data-driven culture, empowering the team to make informed decisions based on performance metrics and customer insights.
-Encourage innovation and experimentation, driving the team to explore new digital growth tactics, emerging acquisition trends, and market innovations.
-Develop cross-functional collaboration frameworks, ensuring acquisition strategies seamlessly integrate with customer lifecyclemanagement.
-Champion continuous learning and skill development, ensuring the team stays ahead of shifting digital trends, performance marketing advancements, and Omni channel growth tactics.
