We have an exciting new opening for a Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Planner within our Customer Lifecycle Management team, available as a 9-month full-time fixed-term contract.

What you’ll be doing

 

 


Reporting to our Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Manager you’ll be responsible for the execution of the strategy for acquiring and onboarding known Coles Group customers.

 


 
You’ll also:

 

 

 

Use data and insights, technology and creative to deliver the right message at the right time via the right channel.  Create brilliant customer experiences to shift key acquisition and onboarding metrics and drive growth in customer lifetime value.  Support the Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Manager in championing the needs of new and prospective customers. 

 


 
What you bring

 

 


In this role, you will leverage your experience in Customer Lifecycle Management, focusing on both acquisition, onboarding and retention. 


You'll excel at communicating information clearly and influencing others with ease. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop actionable plans will be key to your success. 


Additionally, you'll bring strong planning and time management skills, along with expertise in data and insight analysis.

 

 


 
You’ll also need

 

 


•    Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business/Commerce
•    2+ years’ experience in CRM/ Loyalty/ Direct Marketing/Digital Marketing and Data
•    Experience operating within a complex environment 
•    Exposure to Martech
•    Campaign planning & delivery
•    1:1 marketing experience across digital & owned channels.
