 Main goal of the role is to be a partner to our Key Account Managers and customers to give reliable and shopper oriented recommendation for activation and in-store execution.  

Stimulation of consumer activity in Supermarket channel stores will be crucial for this position

On this role you will:

Be responsible for successful execution of supermarket strategy for both local and international chains;Cooperate closely with key Mondelez business functionsIdentify business opportunities for priorities execution, secondary expositions and preparing sales recommendation based on channel and customer specific;Set up and execute the annual activity plan in cooperation with Key Account Managers;Execute sales priorities for Mondelez brands (recommendations for in-store execution) to secure perfect deployment of marketing campaigns;Budget management according to Mondelez procedures (customers' media and trade investments).

Requirements:

University degree and minimum 3-year experience in FMCG  (Sales, Trade Marketing, Channel Development);Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare business recommendations combined with ability to prepare convincing presentations;Depth market understanding, competitive environment, products and customers in all Mondelez categories;Experience in cooperation with local supermarket chains would be an advantage;Drive for results supported with strong communication skills and learning agility and ability to work under time pressure;Presenting one team approach in collaboration with multiple stakeholders;Very good command of English and Polish;Excellent organization skills to manage multiple tasks still with high accuracy;Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), familiarity with market data and tools (Nielsen, Focus, CMR) would be an advantage.
