Your Role:
As a customer advocacy marketing specialist, you’ll significantly impact our business’s growth by helping to scale our global customer advocacy program. This role is all about delivering an excellent customer experience and developing relationships with customers and Solarians throughout the business as we tell our customers’ success stories.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will execute the strategy for capturing and producing voice of customer content. This is a highly visible cross-functional role where you will engage with customers, build their loyalty, and share their successes and feedback.
Review case study interview recordings and extract valuable information and compelling quotes to incorporate into our customer evidence library. Utilize generative AI tools to create and edit content efficiently while maintaining quality and readability. Build surveys and interview scripts to deploy in case study interviews and customer story development projects. Participate in case study interviews and ask questions that will uncover the hidden value in a customer’s use case. Manage our case study and customer story Asana project to update stakeholders and keep tasks moving internally and externally. Build customer story slides and collaborate with our content and campaign teams to identify testimonials and customer content for distribution across our web properties, social media accounts, emails, and more.Your Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a project management, content management, or copywriting role. Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and a flare for clear, concise copy where every word counts. Understands the language our audience uses and how to incorporate technical concepts into a customer story while keeping a focus on the broader business impact and staying relevant to the target audience. Quick study on our brand voice and how to incorporate brand guidelines into every draft. Great organizational and project management skills. You’ll need to know how to move a project through a workflow, keep detailed notes and comments, and stick to a deadline. Asana automation experience is highly preferred. High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a demonstrated ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization, including VP and C-level executives.
