Customer Advocacy Program Manager
About the Role
Do you love working with a brand’s customers to come up with unique ways to showcase their wins? We're seeking a dynamic Customer Advocacy Program Manager to join the Brand & Communications team at Alteryx. In this role, you'll develop and manage the customer advocacy activities for external activations that help tell the Alteryx brand story and celebrate our customers’ achievements.
Your work will empower our customers to showcase the real-world impact they're having on their organizations while driving additional value for our existing customers. These activations include proposing, managing, and tracking customer participation in activities such as events, webinars, public relations, and customer case studies. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally on voice-of-customer research, advisory boards, and analyst relations, to name a few.
Key Responsibilities
Align with sales and customer success to identify and activate customer advocates globally.Create and maintain a customer reference program that supports marketing and executive initiatives; this includes managing our highest-tier customer advocates, Alteryx ACEs (Alteryx Certified Experts).Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to build a pipeline of customer success stories; collaborate with the content team to manage efficient reviews and approvals of those stories.Think outside the box to propose and produce multiple formats of customer stories, including video testimonials and presentation materials; collaborate with leadership on budgets associated with those programs.Collaborate with customers to secure speaking opportunities at industry events and company conferences.Support marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers to drive product adoption and showcase new features with compelling customer stories.Partner with the Alteryx community, customer success, and other organizations to generate comprehensive Voice of Customer insights; function as the keeper of that data to inform marketing and executive content development.Partner with Product Marketing to align customer stories with product positioning and go-to-market strategies.Function as a key stakeholder in the Alteryx customer advisory boards and activities.Track and report on customer advocacy program metrics and ROI.Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, or customer success rolesAbility to maintain a customer-first mindset while navigating internal organizational dynamicsProven track record managing customer reference programsExcellent understanding of B2B/tech corporate organizational structure.Excellent project management abilities with attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $92k - $105k.
In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
