Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers-, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

Customer and Account Specialist is responsible to identify territorial customer needs and business opportunities and builds strategic territory business plan accordingly to leverage company's value proposition to achieve sales objectives and market share. 

Main Accountabilities: 

Identify the key customers and define the strategy and tactics of their development on the territoryCreating and managing long-term relationships and partnershipsAchieving / exceed sales targets and agreed KPI'sAnalyze territory and accounts salesPlanning and implementation of customer centric - action plan per accountPerform the individual visits and provide the group activities to increase the brands awareness and customers loyaltyOrganize and implement tailored made activities for the own territoryAnalyze competitors’ performance in the territory   Be responsible for achieving the sales results on quarterly and annual basis.work areas required: Coastal plain, South and Jerusalem

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required: 

B.A Degree in life science or other related field, MBA - advantageAt least 2 years of experience in sales High scientific level abilities, fast and independent learning abilityProactive "can do" attitude, strong analytical and customer facing skillsVery high selling and presentation skills levelVery good in customer centric interactions/sales techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCapable of creating and managing long-term relationships and partnershipsOutstanding communication skills and flexibilityStrategic thinking, planning skillsDrive and own responsibility for achieving resultsSelf-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
