Unlock Rover’s ability to target relevant communications to specific customer types across geographies, continually refining the strategy over timeAlign audience segmentation with marketing investments in partnership with cross-functional teams (finance, analytics and and marketing channels)Test and implement a framework for appending 3rd party data (Experian, etc.), working with analytics and infrastructure teams to validate impact on conversion and owning the relationship with those vendorsDevelop reporting for audience segments, establishing a framework and KPIs to measure performance towards penetrating each segmentWork closely with channel owners to establish performance metrics and targets by channel, providing recommendations by audience segment and owning results
Your Qualifications:Demonstrated analytical abilities with experience using at least one data visualization tool and robust capabilities with excel; SQL capabilities are a plusExperience using data and metrics to drive improvements across marketing campaigns Understand customer and transaction data to a level that enables the conversion of marketing goals into executable marketing strategies5+ years of relevant professional experience in customer and audience segmentation across marketing channels, understanding those segments; working with a major audience data company (Nielsen, Experien, etc.) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing or STEM field, prior work experience will be taken into considerationDemonstrated experience influencing internal and external stakeholders to advance projectsExperience working across marketing channels, understanding how audiences can move through the paid marketing funnel and across lifecycle marketingDemonstrated ability to deliver data backed recommendations on how to strategically improve Marketing Campaigns and who/how to effectively target them to different customer segmentsWork in collaborations with other teams on the setup, QA/QC and deployment of cross platform marketing campaignsDemonstrated results and excellence in Project and/or Program Management would be an assetProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesWillingness and excitement to learnExperience with consumer brands and marketplaces is ideal, pet-related brand experience is a plus
