Customer Benefit Payments Sr Rep

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is essential in processing benefit claims efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.

This role is going to be primarily remote, needing to be on site for training.

Key Responsibilities:

Process benefit payments and manage related documentation.Assist with fraud prevention and eligibility investigations.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Utilize technology to improve processes and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

Experience in benefit processing or similar roles.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:
