Reporting to Regional Sales Business Director APAC as part of the Collins Defense Services Sales Team. The preferred location for this position is based in Japan and operating from a RTX/Collins Japan facility and remotely as required, however in case of an exceptional candidate Korea could also be considered as a location. The role will cover Collins Aerospace Aftermarket customers in Japan, Korea and other countries assigned in North Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving spares, retrofits, Mods & Upgrades, repairs, and long term order plans for assigned customers.Identifying business opportunities and developing strategies for achieving business growth in their assigned regions, including identification of potential product retrofit concept opportunities.Coordinating proposal activities and lead negotiations to successful closure.
Gathering and communicating market intelligence information.Understanding assigned customer’s organization, culture, structure, key decision makers and decision making process.Providing recommendations to support repair, spares and inventory forecast/planning as well as for corporate strategy initiatives.Developing and managing a strong positive business relationship with customers.
Continuously drive the improvement of Customer Satisfaction metrics.Owning the Aftermarket customer interface for Collins Aerospace for assigned customers.
Coordinating across Collins Aerospace CDS and Business Unit representatives to develop and capture new business opportunities.Resolving of customer satisfaction issues, leveraging functional CDS and Business Unit Team members.
Facilitating and coordinating business meetings and executive visits as required.Developing and maintaining executive level customer information and strategy summaries.Managing and documenting pursuits in the Company CRM (Microsoft Dynamics and Sales Force).
