Customer Business Manager, HEB

This is a remote field position based in a home office and can be located anywhere in the San Antonio metro area.

As part of our HEB sales team, reporting to a Sales Director, you will lead the implementation of planning at the account level, focusing on total volume, profit and share growth for a portfolio of refrigerated, frozen and grocery brands including iconic brands such as Reddi Wip, Birds Eye frozen vegetables, Chef Boyardee and Wolf. Responsibilities include managing the business plan to meet all volume, profit and share goals. You will implement brand strategies with the customer by working with decision makers and internal partners, using consumer insights and category management programs to guide customer decisions. This is a great opportunity if you have experience doing the headquarter sales call and are looking to elevate your CPG sales career.

Your Impact:

\nDevelop annual plan for the customer and present internally to gain agreement on important opportunities for growthLead the joint business planning process with the customer with a focus on strategic expertise in the categories they representDevelop trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customerMonitor and update the customer's overall business plan, including managing trade budgets, spending and volume, to achieve all sales goals versus planConduct category business reviews to discuss the state of the business, consumer trends, important business influencers and incremental opportunitiesUse sound category management practices to link consumer and shopper trends and opportunitiesDevelop accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies by tracking shipments, consumption data and inventory changes. Call out potential risks to monthly forecasts\n

Your Experience:

\nBachelor's degree required5+ years CPG industry sales experience, including field sales and/or headquarters rolesExperience conducting meetings at the Senior Buyer level with the customerExperience managing trade budgets, spending and volumeExperience managing a P&LKnowledge of supply chain; negotiation skills\n

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
