About the Role

Responsible for the development of programs and customer engagement to achieve company targets, such as VONB and repurchase rates. Maximize potential on existing customers by developing, implementing, and managing up and cross-sell campaigns. Optimize ECM result through developing infrastructure and analysis.

Capable of working independently to design ECM programs that consider the unique constraints of each channel.Capable of persuading and collaborating with all channels to develop and implement up-sell and cross-sell programs or communication plans.Collaborated closely with product development teams, distribution channel, sales teams, and various stakeholders to gather insights and align on ECM program proposition strategy.Developed loyalty programs focused on encouraging repurchases and highlighting product value, significantly boosting customer engagement and repurchase .Conceptualized and developed impactful marketing collateral, including e-flyers, WhatsApp images, landing pages for the web, in collaboration with the Brand Communication team to effectively communicate the value proposition and enhance sales efforts and customer understanding.Tracked engagement metrics (marketing funnel), campaign performance, and customer journey analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance retention strategies .Liaise with the Customer Insight Product Team to gather data and insights on customer behavior and preferences.Outline estimated costs associated with marketing initiatives, including collaboration efforts with actuary and finance teams.Collaborated with relevant internal units (Legal, Compliance & Acuatuary) to prepare and send Notification Letters to OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan - Financial Services Authority), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as needed.Create a marketing plan for the preparation of a customer program and collaborate with the distribution channel and actuary to determine sales projections and the targets to be achievedDeveloped comprehensive presentation decks tailored for stakeholder engagement and sales socialization, aimed at effectively communicating key information, strategies, and insights to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance collaborative discussion.Design, implement, and optimize digital lead generation campaigns (digital campaign) across various platforms (e.g., I-Share) to attract and engage potential Leads.
